Mark’s RV Tech Services – Mobile RV Repair and Maintenance

These Terms of Service govern the services provided by Marks RV Tech Services to our customers. By engaging our mobile RV repair and maintenance services, you agree to the following terms:

Services Provided

  • We provide a wide variety of mobile RV repair, maintenance, and inspection services as requested by the Customer.
  • Service availability will vary depending on location, parts availability, and scheduling.

Payment Terms

  • Accepted payment methods: Cash, Check, or Zelle.
  • Payment is due within 15 calendar days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Checks must be made payable to “Marks RV Tech Services”.
  • A service charge of $35.00 will be applied for any returned or dishonored checks.

Late Payments

  • Any unpaid balance after 30 days will be subject to a late fee of 5% per month on the outstanding amount until paid in full.
  • Failure to make payment will result in suspension of future service until the account is current.

Estimates, Quotes and Approvals

  • Estimates provided are based on the initial assessment and may change if additional repairs or parts are required.
  • We will provide a range of cost with the Quote. Any work required outside the scope of the original estimate will require customer approval prior to further repairs.
  • We will provide parts and supplies for job unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Any Estimates over $200 will require half down before work is started.

Warranty & Liability

  • We provide a 30-day workmanship warranty on labor performed.
  • Manufacturer warranties apply to parts installed, where available.
  • We are not responsible for:  
  • Pre-existing damage or wear on your RV.
  • Damages caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow recommended maintenance.
  • Loss of use, travel delays, or incidental expenses.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Customer must ensure safe and legal access for our mobile service vehicle to the RV’s location.
  • Customer is responsible for securing valuables and pets during service.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a service call fee of $50.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of TEXAS.

Acknowledgement

By requesting and receiving services from Marks RV Tech Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
