I will give condenser coils a chemical scrub; the capacitor and compressors can also be assessed.
Grey and Black Tank Services
Do your level indicators work? Most fail very quickly due to struvite collecting on the walls of the tanks. This can build up and reduce space, cause bacteria build up and ruin electrical connections.
Many times a proper seasonal power-flush is all it takes to clean things right up!
